Key Responsibilities:

 

- Interpret and provide advice on auto parts and components to customers and the team.

- Manage inventory and parts ordering to ensure availability and timely delivery.

- Work closely with mechanics and service technicians to determine the correct parts for specific jobs.

- Provide exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs and offering solutions.

 

Requirements:

 

- Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and work well within a team.

- Passion for Mechanical and Auto Parts: Genuine interest in automotive parts and systems.

- Logical Thinking: Aptitude for understanding complex mechanical systems and problem-solving.

- Pressure Management: Can effectively handle the demands of a busy environment.

- Multitasking Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience as an Auto Parts Interpreter and/or knowledge in automotive mechanics is not required, but will be considered an advantage.
